Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region and Chairman of the National Events Calendar Committee for Jeddah, the National Events Center organized a visit for the families of fallen heroes and injured personnel from the Ministry of Defense to the “City Walk” zone, one of the key destinations of Jeddah Season 2024, held under the theme “Once Again.”
This initiative reflects the Kingdom’s noble values and its commitment to honoring all its citizens, particularly those who have made sacrifices for the nation. It also highlights effective collaboration between the public and private sectors in serving the community and strengthening social responsibility.
The initiative was implemented as part of broader social responsibility efforts aimed at supporting this valued group by providing them with opportunities for recreation and enjoyment. It also enabled them to experience Jeddah Season 2024 in a comfortable and welcoming environment, while reinforcing values of appreciation and gratitude toward the families of martyrs and injured personnel.
