Under the directive of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region and Chairman of the National Events Calendar Committee for Jeddah, the National Events Center is organizing visits for the families of fallen heroes, injured personnel, orphans, and persons with disabilities to the “City Walk” zone—one of the key destinations of Jeddah Season 2024, held under the theme “Once Again”—throughout the season.
This initiative comes as part of efforts to activate social responsibility and support these valued groups by providing them with opportunities for recreation and entertainment. It enables them to enjoy Jeddah Season 2024 in a comfortable and engaging environment, in addition to offering visits to restaurants within the “City Walk” zone to experience a unique dining experience.
The initiative aims to reinforce values of appreciation and gratitude toward the families of martyrs, injured personnel, orphans, and persons with disabilities by providing them with a special opportunity to enjoy the season’s activities.
It also reflects the Kingdom’s noble values and its commitment to honoring all its citizens, particularly those who have made sacrifices for the nation. Furthermore, it stands as an example of effective collaboration between the public and private sectors in serving the community and promoting social responsibility.
