As part of the National Events Center’s ongoing efforts to engage all segments of society in Saudi events and seasons, the Center signed an agreement with the General Entertainment Authority, Elm Company, and Takamol Business Services Company to regulate temporary employment opportunities for individuals within Saudi events and seasons, in addition to collaborating with crowd management companies and providing them with data on individuals interested in temporary work opportunities in crowd management.
The memorandum, recently signed by the parties, includes cooperation with the General Entertainment Authority in issuing accreditation certificates for crowd management companies in accordance with its regulations and governing procedures.
Takamol Business Services Company will also collaborate in documenting contractual relationships between individuals seeking temporary employment and crowd management companies through the issuance of “Ajeer” contracts for qualified applicants, following verification of a criminal record clearance certificate issued through Elm Company.
In addition, Takamol will provide the National Events Center and the General Entertainment Authority with free access to the electronic verification application related to Ajeer notifications, enabling verification of active employment contracts. Takamol will also grant Elm the necessary authorizations and permissions, when needed, to complete integration between the “Ajeer” and “Amen” systems.
Through this integration between digital platforms, temporary employment contracts with crowd management companies will be documented via the Ajeer platform after verifying applicants’ criminal record clearance certificates through the Amen portal.
It is worth noting that the National Events Center, established by a Council of Ministers decision, recently launched the “Matloob” platform, which aims to facilitate and organize the participation of individuals and companies in Saudi events and seasons through idea submissions, service offerings, event execution, and various participation opportunities within the events sector.
