The National Events Center (NEC) has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with NHC on the sidelines of Cityscape Global, aimed at strengthening future collaboration in developing events within residential communities and maximizing the benefits of NHC’s capabilities to enhance quality of life.
The MoU seeks to establish frameworks and define key principles for joint cooperation, including knowledge exchange and the conduct of collaborative research and studies. The partnership aims to activate events within residential suburbs and support their inclusion in the national events calendar, aligning with shared objectives between both entities.
Areas of collaboration include the exchange and analysis of demographic data to better align events with residents’ needs, conducting studies to optimize the use of suburban facilities, and identifying best practices for event organization. The agreement also covers providing advisory support on asset utilization, developing entertainment strategies to enhance the resident experience, and training NEC employees on best practices in event classification and evaluation. Additionally, events organized by NHC will be incorporated into the national events calendar.
This MoU represents a step forward in strengthening integration between NEC and NHC, reaffirming their joint commitment to improving quality of life through the development of community-based events and the effective utilization of national resources.
