The National Events Center (NEC) participated in the “Partners of Success” Forum for Empowering Persons with Disabilities, held at the headquarters of the Authority for the Care of Persons with Disabilities. During the forum, NEC highlighted its key achievements realized in collaboration with partners, as well as its ongoing efforts to enhance the event experience for people with disabilities through innovative technologies and solutions.
During a panel discussion, the Deputy General Manager of NEC outlined the Center’s vision in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR), its core values, and its future strategy. He also emphasized the role of the private sector in supporting NEC’s CSR initiatives, in addition to the importance of collaboration between NEC and various entities in advancing social responsibility efforts.
The discussion further shed light on NEC’s role in supporting people with disabilities, including the development of innovative technologies and solutions tailored to their needs. It also highlighted NEC’s efforts to expand participation opportunities in event management for people with disabilities, as well as its contributions to raising public awareness about their rights.
NEC remains committed to delivering an inclusive and seamless experience for people with disabilities by ensuring accessible event environments. This includes the provision of dedicated pathways, designated seating areas, and specialized services such as sign language interpretation. In collaboration with specialized organizations, NEC continues to ensure that all requirements are met across events, enabling meaningful and active participation within the community.
