The National Events Center launched the “Events Pioneers” Program, an initiative aimed at providing fresh graduates with training opportunities to learn and participate in the Center’s various sector activities, helping them gain the experience required in the job market while enhancing competencies in fields that support the Kingdom’s events sector.
The program, which runs for a full year from April 2022 until March 2023, seeks to train recent graduates and provides them with the opportunity to experience the professional work environment. It also aims to familiarize trainees with the National Events Center’s areas of work and diverse activities, while developing professional expertise across various disciplines and utilizing these skills in service of the events sector.
In addition, the program focuses on enhancing diversity within the workplace by creating a productive environment that supports ideas contributing to the development of the events sector in the Kingdom, alongside developing innovative new projects that leverage the capabilities of participating trainees.
The Center outlined several eligibility requirements for applicants, including holding a degree accredited by the Ministry of Education at the bachelor’s or master’s level in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Legal Administration, Event Management, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Economics, Media, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or Finance.
