The National Events Center (NEC), in collaboration with the Misk Foundation, has launched an on-the-job training program under the Events Pioneers Program initiative. The program aims to attract top national talent among recent graduates and equip them with diverse professional experiences within an inspiring and dynamic work environment.
The initiative is designed to develop the capabilities of young Saudi professionals, supporting the growth of the events sector and contributing to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. Applications for the Events Pioneers Program will open on October 27, with the one-year training program set to commence on January 1, 2025.
The program includes an intensive training curriculum delivered in partnership with leading international and local training institutes, ensuring participants gain the skills and knowledge required to excel in the events industry.
NEC remains committed to empowering young talent, enhancing their skills, and enabling their entry into the workforce through initiatives such as the Events Pioneers Program—one of the Center’s key efforts to achieve the goals of Vision 2030.
