The Enjz Center, an entity under the National Events Center, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Elm Company to develop and operate the “Enjz” platform. The platform aims to streamline, accelerate, and manage interactions with NEC beneficiaries by facilitating the issuance of licenses and permits required for organizing events, through integration with relevant government entities.

The agreement, signed by H.E. Eng. Faisal bin Saeed Bafarat, General Manager of National Events Center, and Mr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Omair, CEO of Elm, seeks to enhance the beneficiary journey by leveraging Elm’s extensive expertise and capabilities across technical, operational, and financial domains. The partnership will utilize Elm’s specialized human and technological resources to develop and operate the Enjz platform in line with the agreed scope of work.

Through Enjz Center, NEC aims to support the events sector by simplifying procedures and regulatory protocols, while establishing a unified reference point to address challenges faced by stakeholders seeking to participate in the industry. This will be achieved through close collaboration with government entities to ensure all regulatory requirements are met efficiently.

Under the agreement, Enjz Center will oversee coordination and integration with relevant entities on the platform, while Elm will be responsible for the platform’s technical development. One of the key objectives of the partnership is to unify communication channels with government authorities responsible for regulating events across the Kingdom.

It is worth noting that the “Enjz” platform was initially launched as an NEC initiative to streamline procedures and facilitate the issuance of licenses required for hosting and organizing events. Designed to integrate with regulatory and security authorities overseeing all aspects of events, the platform enables faster and more efficient processes, ultimately supporting the growth and development of the events sector in Saudi Arabia.
