An electronic service that allows the project manager to submit a request for an executive proposal to issue a purchase order under framework agreements related to a seasonal project.
1- Log in to the National Events Center e-services portal through Nafath Account.
2- Choose electronic services.
3- Go to (Requests in Progress > Purchase Requests/Work offers).
5- Select National Calendar and the desired season.
4- Click on the (Create Work offer) button.
5- Fill out the form with the required information according to the type and classification of the project.
6- Click on the (Submit for Approval) button
